Maji Baridi Falls is a location in the Pride Lands.

Physical Attributes

Maji Baridi Falls is a massive waterfall in the Pride Lands. Its waters are fast-moving, and certain sections of the river have areas of rapids and small waterfalls. At the end of the falls is a long drop, flanked on either side by large boulders and a tree that clings to the edge of the cliff.

When a family of zebras falls into the water, they are carried downstream toward the massive drop. Kion jumps down on a nearby tree and uses the Roar of the Elders to save them from falling to their doom.

"The Mbali Fields Migration"

When Ono scouts out a route for the herds to take to Mbali Fields, he mentions that they will have to go past Maji Baridi Falls.

  • "Maji baridi" means "cold water" in Swahili.[1]
