Lightfoot seems vicious and violent, but in reality he's simply trying to survive as he attacks the young Zebra Stripey.

Lightfoot is the leader of hyena trio, and makes his first appearance the third part of Home Sweet Home. He stalks a Zebra herd, and his followers Fast-Track and Speedy single out Stripey to eat. Before he can get his claws into the young Zebra's back however, Timon deters him by knocking him unconscious.

• Lightfoot and his gang are the second Cheetahs to conflict with Simba. The first is a young cheetah named Swifty.
